What should I expect to pay?
Packages start at just $19, but most families choose the All Digitals Download package, which includes all your images for one affordable price ranging from $69 to $149 (before any coupons).

Why do my photos look blurred on my phone?
On mobile, part of each image is blurred by default. Just tap the area of the image you want to view to move the focus area.

This helps prevent screenshots and protects your child’s privacy in an AI-driven world 🤍

I received an access card with an access code - how can I order my photos?
If you have received an access card with a personal access code, go to the "Login" page, enter the access code, and click on "Open Album."

Is the logo (watermark) going to be removed from the image?
Of course! The watermark is only used to protect our work against screenshots and illegal downloads.

How does free shipping work?
If your school/organization opted to participate in our free shipping offer, you just need to complete your print order by the batch shipping deadline in your gallery. Your prints will be delivered to the school/organization within two weeks of the batch order date—no shipping fee! You’ll receive them when the school/organization passes them out.

Is there a minimum order?
Nope! Order as little or as much as you’d like.

If I buy digitals, can I print anywhere?
Yes! You’ll receive a personal-use print release.

When will I receive my photos?

• Prints (ordered by the free shipping deadline): Delivered to the school/organization within ~2 weeks
• Direct Delivery Prints: Shipped to your address within ~2 weeks
• Digitals only: Delivered immediately after purchase
• Prints + Digitals: Digitals arrive first; prints follow the timeline above

How do sibling/family galleries work?
If you have multiple children, we photograph them individually and together, then combine everything into one family gallery.

This lets you purchase all images at a bundled price instead of buying separate galleries—saving you money and keeping everything in one place.

(Note: Family galleries are not available after archiving.)

How long do I have to download my images?
You’ll have 30 days after your gallery archive date to download your purchased images. After that, images are only available for purchase in the archive.

What happens when the gallery is archived?
Images are moved to a secure, third-party system called PhotoDay.

• Packages are no longer available (everything is sold à la carte)
• Previously bundled pricing (like family galleries) is no longer offered
• Facial recognition may be used to help locate your child’s images

If you prefer not to use facial recognition, just contact us—we’re happy to opt you out of the archive.

Where are cap & gown photos?
Graduation galleries are usually released separately, closer to graduation.

Will a better discount become available if I wait to order?
No. The best time to order your images is immediately after your gallery goes live, before the coupons expire.

We don't offer any other discounts or "last chance" incentives. After your gallery archives, images are sent to a third-party system where pricing is actually higher than your live gallery.
